Good question. I don't think they'll be affected, however, since they don't tend to have owners on-site who could practise such a policy of exclusion. (I don't, to be honest, think that the Government intend their provision to go beyond a few, 'extreme' cases such as rape counselling, but the law is so vaguely drafted that it's going to be a long time before anyone knows what it actually means.)
