I got one (but upgraded with new technology in the form of an extra long cable that could be put into -then- modern sockets and still work) as a present from one of the tele-technicians who also gave me the keys for the Blitz-Turm (blizzard tower) where our scientists tried to make one hit to measure its power. To my humble knowledge, to this day, this has not happened, der Blitz refuses. I also got the keys for the tower that holds the Time of Ürop because that´s not in Frankfurt at all but in BS where the small but still atomic reactor is placed that steers Our Time correctly. Why I got the keys? To be able to radiate myself on a private beach, of course! Never got a tan that looked righter. But I´ve been close to technical stuff and science before: I was a telephone operator at a 1940s switchboard in Stockholm at Robert Bosch (fridges, radios, etc). You know, the kind that operates with two different cables per call, one for the incoming Upringer´s call and one for the inhouse Answerer´s (bakelite phone) with me sitting in the cellar inbetween them i.e. in front of. Such fun, you could listen in on the boss vs. secretary sweet-talk and make a mistake by connecting the wife without announcing it. No, I didn´t stay there too long but please forgive me for misusing your site for writing my memoirs steepholm; I got carried away again.
