Oh Arizona, the devil fools with the best laid plan

You thought the Pass laws were history? Think again - it seems they've just reappeared in Arizona. If you're a Latina/o in that state, you'd better be sure you have your papers with you at all times.

I assume this is big news in America, but I've heard no report about it here at all. Here's Rachel Maddow's take.
