Not even specifically about the church, but about Bibury as a whole, which Morris reputedly called "the most beautiful village in England". (Anyone who goes to Bibury - and many Japanese do - will find themselves reminded of this fact repeatedly.) Perhaps Morris was very free with his superlatives and these are two different quotations, but I suspect this is a case of the Bibury one being repurposed.
