It was lovely to see you!

The dressing gown came back at the end of the Saturday. It was all rather strange, in fact. I'd put it in a box behind the registration desk at the end of the first day, and on arriving the following morning I noticed it there, but when I went to retrieve it a few minutes later it was gone - hence my tearful appeal.

At the end of the day one of the staff came to me and told me it had been found. 'Where?' I asked. 'In a box,' she said, leading me back to the self-same box. But it wasn't there! She rummaged quite a bit, too, before concluding that her colleague must have taken it to the office for safekeeping. She went to find out, during which time I waited beside the box. When returned empty-handed after five minutes, she went back to the box, and immediately found the dressing gown.

It was not a big box, nor was it a especially full. Is this not very DWJ? (Even more Schroedinger, obviously, but still quite DWJ.)
