I've not been averse to hugging (though as a small child I squirmed terribly when anyone tried to hug me), but if that and handshaking go away and a dignified nod becomes the standard method of greeting, that would suit me down to the ground.
I've occasionally peeked into the Desert Island Discs archives in the past (originally prompted by the number of notables who mention in their memoirs that they'd been on the programme without bothering to reveal what music they chose), but the problem is that one wants to scoop up large numbers of interesting guests, but in fact I find it mentally wearying to listen to more than one or two episodes at a sitting.
