I feel as if I should be able to think of some, and have this niggling in the back of my head that there is something, but I cannot think of it. I am curious what is the book?

4) no mention of Arthur, Arturos, Idris, Pendragon, etc.

Off the top of my head, in fact, I can't think of anything. I'll see what I can come up with.
