Worse than the incident of the Kazakh anthem that wasn't, because it more than embarrassed the perpetrators, was the case of the small Caribbean country (I forget which one) which had recently switched foreign policy allegiance from Taiwan to the PRC, and which played the wrong anthem to salute the new ambassador.
