Having bemoaned the fate of my book Literary Studies Deconstructed (aka The LITMUS Papers: Or, Lies I Tell My Undergraduate Students) in a recent post, I'm happy to report that it's currently on sale as an ebook for a very reasonable £12.99. Drat, my reader says it can't open the EPUB, even though EPUBs are what my reader reads. Well, there's always the PDF.

Update: The publisher sent me an invoice, and I noticed a customer service number on it. So I phoned to report my problem with the EPUB, and they sent me a link to another file with a different file name, and this one worked.

Got it! Had a little trouble with Adobe Digital Editions (the buggiest damn software I deal with these days) first saying the name of the file was too long, and then refusing to load the thing when I gave it a new name, but dragging and dropping straight to the ereader worked fine. Also snagged three books currently going for 99 cents on Kobo, so the average price for the four is US$4.40 each, which is quite a deal.
