ETA: And more again from my friend Dru, this time on the question of - petrol bombs, what petrol bombs? It's beginning to look like the Banksy graffito was the only petrol bomb seen in Stoke's Croft that night.

I saw this earlier when I got yesterday's Independent on the plane today and the front page says "The Battle of Bristol." By this point I tend to assume the police are overreacting, overly aggressive and overly violent, and will never be held accountable. :p That 'Beat It' video makes me happy. Good luck to Stokes Croft!

The 'Beat It' vid is new since I posted, so I hadn't seen it - thanks for the tip-off! Btw, I've just added a link, if you're interested, which makes the whole story seem still murkier.
