As well as being one of my favourite writers and composers, Anonymous has now given me a year's paid LJ account! Not only does this put some weapons into my hand with which to fight the good fight against poor commenting functionality --> save LJ from itself --> preserve democracy in Russia --> prevent the collapse of Western civilization (of which I'm very fond despite everything), but I can now start to make those extra icons I've always dreamed of, starting with this one.
