This is quite a fun anagrammatizer. I turn out to be CRUELLER HABIT, which I'll leave others to judge the aptness of, but feeding in a few random politicians and celebs has revealed a remarkable acuity in the algorithm:

George W Bush: "He grew bogus"
Lloyd George: "Ego-led glory"
Leonardo DiCaprio: "Periodic anal odor" (surely not!)

The Di Caprio anagram makes more sense if you think about it in the context of "Total Eclipse", in which he plays Arthur Rimbaud.
