Is the Pope a Muslim?

Benedict XVI has been strangely silent about his ties to Islam since he took office. Despite the efforts of liberal media conglomerates to cover it up, however, the evidence of this so-called pontiff's Muslim loyalties has become simply too overwhelming to ignore.
First, there's his name: Joseph Alois Ratzinger. I'm sure we can all agree that this is a bit of a mouthful, but look what happens when you shorten it! Joseph Al-Razi. It speaks for itself - in Arabic.
But that's not all. In 2006, Al-Razi made a little-publicized visit to Turkey's Blue Mosque. According to Wikipedia: "During his tour, the pontiff turned towards Mecca in a gesture of Muslim prayer and conducted Silent Prayer. Having removed his shoes, the Pope paused for a full two minutes, eyes closed in prayer, standing side-by-side with Mustafa Çağrıcı, the Mufti of Istanbul and Emrullah Hatipoğlu, the Imam of the Blue Mosque". Elsewhere, he has praised the Qur’an, saying that he bears it "the respect due to the holy book of a great religion."
These expressions of his faith have earned Al-Razi plaudits from all over the Islamic world. America's most wanted, Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, has said of him: "We respect the Pope and all those interested in peace and justice."
The Pope retains a nominal allegiance to Christianity, but he is clearly focused on merging the Church with Islam, as his plans for a permanent Catholic-Muslim Forum attest.
Wake up, Christendom! How long before there are minarets at St Peter's?

I think my favourite piece of "evidence" against Obama is that he tends to be most vocal about his Christian faith when he is in church, rather than, say, when he is debating economic policy. That immediately made me think of the Pope. Goes to Church, talks about God - it's exactly the same MO.
