I wanted to look at this book for reasons of combined nostalgia and research (I remember getting the first edition out of the public library on numerous occasions circa 1968), but oh dear - surely this must count as one of Amazon's more unfortunate URls.

Reminds me of a wonderful typo in a concert programme I heard about some years back. They were doing Orlando Gibbons' anthem: 'O clap your hands' which came out on the programme as: 'O clap your hands O Gibbons' :o)
