Kip, Calm and Carry-On

Everyone had been raving about The Dime and Jew-Bleed, but even for a novelty pub that didn't sound like much of a name to me, so when they set off in a charabanc for an all-day session I made my excuses and snuggled back under the bedclothes. I'm very glad I did, for they returned rather damp and draggled, and although they said there was no way they would rather have spent the day than standing in the rain at the back of a crowd waiting to get served reigned over, I'm not sure I believe them.
