Tabitha is sitting behind me but she's determinedly looking the other way. I'll see if her sister is more interested later!

Best I can do:

Rosie watching a near-infinite line of cats

Rosie is usually more interested in screens than Tabitha is, and she did have a quick look at this one, but it didn't help that the last cat in the sequence wasn't making interesting noises, so it didn't hold her attention long enough for me to get another shot!

No, no, that's Rosie - Tabitha refused to play at all!

The cut-text text for #2 -- was that meant to be "Cat?" Only I expected, well... Or I have missed something. :)

Ah - good point! I shall correct. Still, each word is clearly lovingly hand-crafted - now mass-produced cutting and pasting here!

Love the handcrafting -- and please know I wasn't being pedantic/fussy, I was just slightly disappointed it didn't feature who I thought it might feature!

Ah, I wouldn't dare to interpose my hand or eye, despite having framed their fearful symmetry... :)

How do we find the last visible cat?

I see what you did there! Indeed, what is beyond the last visible cat? As legend has it, or at least as Dr Seuss has it in The Cat in the Hat Comes Back, the answer to that is "VOOM".

Very recursive and very funny - just like those Russian dolls which seem to go on forever

And if you could work it into that mirror image thing, with the cats watching the cats, watching the mirror image of the cats... well, you get the idea.

:o)

I'm going to experiment this weekend with what can be done by synchronizing the cats, to give an effect of universal, real-time surveillance.
