When the Doctor, dressed as a monk, knocks on Clara's door, the sound of knocking continues after the hand doing it (which we can see through the frosted glass) has stopped.

When we see Clara sleeping she has her mouth shut, but the sound we hear is of her breathing through her mouth.

When the Doctor and Clara emerge from the TARDIS with a motorbike, they leave the TARDIS door open behind them. In the next shot, it has been mysteriously shut.

Perhaps people are already discussing these matters on the fora. After all, apparent errors in Doctor Who sometimes turn out to be deliberate. That's why they're all the more irritating when they're not.

Having said that, I enjoyed the rest of the show, Mrs Lincoln.

Also, the phone was ringing long enough for a monk to cover what appeared to be some distance from the wood to the monastery, rouse the Doctor, and escort him back, and however wonderful the helpline you wouldn't expect Clara to have hung on that long. Had to put that down to a phone ringing across nine centuries just continuing as long as necessary for someone to answer it without correlation to the caller's patience.

Re the door, given that the Doctor has learned to open it with a click of his fingers, I can buy the idea of remote control. Actually, I'm glad that you noticed it was shut, as I didn't and was worrying that they'd left it open when the Doctor was talking about the danger of the TARDIS falling into the wrong hands.

The woman in the shop. Favourite candidate seems to be River, but there's an array of possibilities, given that time travel allows someone to be planted there after the event.
