I'm sure it's coincidence, but three days after the actor who plays Marcus Belby in the next HP movie was stabbed to death, the following ad keeps flashing up over my gmail inbox:

Harry Potter Casting - www.britishauditions.com - We have audition places to fill urgently for film roles.

In other news, with a lot of help from my offspring, I finally managed to swim a width (or equivalent) today, just forty years after the rest of my class. I expect they've all changed and gone home by now.
