Some of them do! Mine does! It is a little black dot in the top middle of the frame round the screen, so if you have one of those, that is a camera.

I was a bit worried clicking on a photo meme that had a warning that it wasn't suitable for minors :) Agreeing with others that the hair colour and expression good!
