So, the day after the Doctor Who Christmas Special, I go for a walk with my daughter, and what do we find outside the Magistrate's Court, disguised as a lamppost?
It was explained to me, many years ago, that the Cybermen's thinking was based on logic, so they could be fair though not kind. I think this has been lost sight of, over the years, but there could be worse places for them to hang out than the Magistrate's Court.
