This is really just a heads-up for people outside the UK (and those few UKasians on my friends list who unaccountably don't listen incessantly to BBC Radio 4), to say that they're devoting the whole of Bloomsday to a dramatization of Ulysses.

I did look for Gorgonzola in the cheese shop yesterday, but didn't spot any.

Reminds me of our trip to Trieste a couple of years back- complete with life size statue of Joyce on one of his favourite bridges across the canal- they make much of him thereabouts, even to a plaque on his favourite cake shop!
